Pizza napoletana

Our delicious Neopolitan pizza is baked in a wood fired oven.

The traditional Italian oven came into existence in the workshop of the Stefano Ferrera and arrived in the Green Goose from Neapol, which lies at the foot of Mount Vesuvius.

For the pizza baking we use only highest quality ingredients imported from Italy.

The dough is kneaded from wheat flour type 00, milled in the Neapolitan mill Caputo, then topped with paste made from Italian select tomatoes, highest quality mozzarella and ingredients originating from sunny Italy.
